Nagaworld FC’s forward, Atuheire Kipson, has revealed how it feels for him to play against his former club, how tough the match will be, and whether he celebrates if he scores.

Nagaworld FC will take on the league topper, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC, at Svay Rieng Stadium tomorrow, and it’s an important clash for both sides as the visitors want a win to get back into the top-4 spot, while the home sides desperately need to collect all three points to maintain their top of the league and keep their unbeaten runs.

Atuheire Kipson, who made 15 league appearances for Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC and scored 12 goals for the club last season before joining Nagaworld FC at the beginning of this season, is pleased to meet his former club despite as the opponent.

Atuheire Kipson told TheMorning via Messenger: “It’s a good feeling to meet my former team mates and bosses though this time we are meeting in a struggle towards the same thing, I mean 3 points. I know it won’t be an easy one for both teams, but at the end of the day we shall know the results.”

Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC are unbeaten in the league this season after 6 wins and 3 draw in 9 league matches, but Kipson believes that his sides could make the home team experience their first league defeat.

Atuheire Kipson told TheMorning via Messenger: “I understand they are unbeaten. They are doing well, but in football anything can happen, and it’s very possible that my team can end their unbeaten run because we are focused on getting 3 points. That’s why we travelled to this place. We didn’t come to lose, but to win, but I wish them well.”

The 24 years old anticipates that the clash will be hard for both sides as they two need to win and get points from this vital match.

Atuheire Kipson told TheMorning via Messenger: “The game will be a tough one. I believe they will try to defend their unbeaten run, but we will be fighting also to get the 3 points and get closer to the league leader. So we all don’t expect it as an easy game.”

When asked whether he celebrates if he scores in the tomorrow’s match, the half Ugandan and Rwandan forward has explained that he’ll celebrate, but just to show his gratitude to the God. He also thanks his former head coach and the club’s staff for their work to improve him as a player.

Atuheire Kipson told TheMorning via Messenger: “Hahaha… A goal normally brings emotions you don’t expect especially depend on what the situation you get it. Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC are my other family, and they are the team that introduced me to this league, and I will forever be thankful to Coach Sam Vandeth and Mr. Rith Dyka who did a lot to improve my game. I wouldn’t wish to celebrate when I score against them, but like I always do when I score, I thank God for what he has given me.”

The big clash between both sides will be held at Svay Rieng Stadium on 06th May 2017 at 18.00. Can Nagaworld FC end Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC’s unbeaten runs in the league this season?
